Cancellation & Refund Policy

When a trailer is reserved with Triple F Rentals, LLC, that trailer is removed from availability for the selected rental period. Because we may turn away other customers once equipment has been reserved, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all reservations.

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Pickup
Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before their scheduled pickup time may receive a refund of up to 75% of the total reservation amount paid. The remaining 25% is non-refundable and covers the reservation commitment and time the equipment was removed from availability.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Pickup
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. This includes same-day cancellations.

No-Shows
Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental without cancelling at least 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Early Returns
Returning a trailer before the scheduled return date or time does not qualify the customer for a refund or prorated refund for unused rental time.

Weather, Vehicle Issues & Changes of Plans
Cancellations resulting from changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, tow-vehicle problems, towing incompatibility, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of Triple F Rentals, LLC remain subject to this cancellation policy.

Exceptions
Triple F Rentals, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer a refund, partial refund, rental credit, or rescheduling option in exceptional circumstances. Any exception made on one reservation does not waive this policy for future reservations.

Cancellation by Triple F Rentals, LLC
If Triple F Rentals, LLC is unable to provide the reserved equipment due to a mechanical issue, damage, or another circumstance within our control, we may provide a comparable replacement, reschedule the reservation, issue rental credit, or provide an appropriate refund.

Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a reservation or payment to Triple F Rentals, LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and understands that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
